We recommend that a contract be drawn up between employee and employer, stating working hours, salary and working conditions that have been agreed. We can supply you with a draft contract if required.

Salaries are generally quoted as a net amount. Employers are responsible for all tax and insurance payments. For overseas positions employers are responsible for all flights, travel expenses and visa requirements. For nannies accompanying a family overseas all accommodation, travel expenses and visa applications are to be paid by the client.
